Oblique Twisters

Oblique Twisters – Helps develop upper body rotational speed and disassociation of upper and lower body.

-Take a medicine ball and put it against your chest, elbows wide

-Hinge down slightly to get into an athletic posture

-Keeping your lower body still, begin rotating your torso as fast as you can both direction for prescribed reps, staying in posture

-NOTE: You may do this exercise slower at first to get accustom to it
