Quadruped Reachbacks. 1 Set of 10 Reps

Quadruped Reachbacks – Helps develop mobility in the thoracic and lumbar spine, and external rotation of the shoulder. Helpful for trying to develop a larger shoulder turn in the back swing and downswing.

-Start in a quadruped position and then place one hand on the back of your head

-Begin rotating your upper body down, pointing your elbow towards the ground (your head can rotate during this entire motion also)

-Then rotate the other direction and try to point your elbow to the sky

-Always keep your hips still and arm that’s supporting you straight

-Smooth and controlled motion
