Hip Circles. 1 Set of 10 Reps
Hip Circles – Excellent exercise for hip mobility. Having better mobility in the hips allows for the lower body to be utilized better in the golf swing.
-Pretend like someone put a glass of water on your lower back and you must prevent it from spilling
-Staying always bent at the knee, bring one knee up to your chest, then out to the side, around behind you, and then back to your chest
-Essentially making a circular motion from your hip
-Try to increase range of motion each time around
-After prescribed reps, reverse directions with the same leg
-Stay stable throughout and have all the motion coming from your hip
